Anthurium Black, scientifically known as Anthurium andraeanum 'Black', commonly known as the Black Flamingo Flower, is a striking variety of Anthurium celebrated for its unique and dramatic appearance. This plant features elegant, pointed dark green leaves that provide a lush backdrop to its standout feature: the dark, burgundy, or almost black, heart-shaped blooms. Technically, the "blooms" are not flowers but spathes, which are modified leaves that look like flowers. The actual flowers are tiny and line the central yellow spadix. The contrast between the dark spathe and the bright spadix creates a visually captivating display, making this plant highly desirable for both indoor and ornamental use.
What to expect
The plant comes with a default nursery pot. The nursery pot is usually 0.5" - 1" smaller than stated to fit into the same size decorative pot. Washable Paper Planter Bags are sold separately.

Pet friendly
Anthurium Black is moderately toxic and can cause some adverse reactions when ingested so it is best to not let your pets eat it, which we advise for all plants in general. The severity of the reaction will depend on how much of the plant is ingested but, if you know your pet typically does not eat your plants, this plant will be suitable for your home.

Q6, How can you protect my designs and my brands? We won't display your designs and brands to other customers, and won't display them in the internet, show, sampleroom etc, and we can sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement with you and our sub-contractors
